Prana, the yogic science of energy, and pranayama, the yogic science of breathing, are very important aspects of yogic practice often overlooked.
If we want to achieve anything through our yoga practices we must consider and address our interaction with prana.
This course will comprise of lectures and practical classes, aiming to give students a basic understanding of the principles of prana and pranayama.
